Game Ingredients Trouble

Adding 3 game ingredients to my game was alright. The 3rd added ingredient, which was hard, was the most difficult for me to add. Adding the magnifying glass was easy but the zooming wasn't. It was my first time adding  zoom to my game. So, everything was in it's place but the magnifying glass wouldn't zoom in at everything. It would zoom in the door when the magnifying glass was on the chair. I thought the mask I had added was the problem but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that I hadn't added a square over my scene, so it could zoom in at every corner. I received help from a really really talented classmate of mine. He is the one that helped me realize what the problem was. Later, I fixed the problem.
