Matt Eich

I find this picture very artistic because there are three different sides to the picture. One where the light is open and making the subject shine. The second part is capturing smoke from a fire. Withing the smoke there is a lady standing by but you can't really see her unless you look closely at it. I find it to be the coolest and most unique part to this picture. The very last part to this picture is very obscure, you can barely see the bottom of the chair and the right side of the fire. This photographer seems to capture a lot of his subjects in the moment. Seems random but look rad at the end of the day.

Spin like a top

It was a fun thing taking pictures this way because the goal was effortless. Not much thought process had to be put into the picture. I think the pictures looked blurry and artistic. At first we didn't get the hang of it because we thought too much about it. But then we tried again the second time and it was much better. It definitely was a new experience.

100 shots

Taking 20 shots was no different for me. Taking the pictures did feel very unorganized. Did I like that? No, I did not like that because it makes the pictures love their value or even meaning of.

Hocus Focus

Taking pictures this way did not feel any different. I think it varies for every person but for me it was no different. For many other people it might be very different. I can say it's a different form of doing photography which does allow you to see pictures in a total different way. There could be a tiny difference but I do not see any big difference. It gives the picture a different point of view.

William Wegman

Why do I like this picture?

Well, let me think about it. I like this picture because first of all, it's a dog, it has a hoodie and it's expression is priceless. He has no arms through the hoodie so that kind of sucks. Pictures like these are what attracts a person. It's not normal, therefore we find it interesting. It brings humor, specially a lot of laughter. I love this picture and I cannot express it enough!

Taking pictures with my eyes closed

Taking pictures with my eyes closed was a bit annoying because you will never capture a good image this way. It felt a bit cheesy taking pictures with my eyes closed because you can't see anything. I took the most horrible pictures with my eyes closed. This is too funny of an assignment. It's interesting to take a picture this way but imagine if we were blind and we had to learn to take pictures like that. Weird, huh?

Anne Geddes

Anne Geddes is well respected for her award-winning photography.
Her photography captures the beauty and purity within a child.
She is married to Ket who launched the first television network in New Zealand after moving there. Anne's business thrived in 1990 after a famous photograph of the "cabbage kids." For inspiration, Anne takes a day of each month in order to self-reflect and focus.
This way she is able to explore her creativity and maintain her artistic drive. I must say I love her photography because it shows the delicacy of a tiny body and it makes me anxious, a good type of anxious.
